Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Tara, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, our policy below explains your options clearly.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• Request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
• A clear unboxing video or photo proof is required for any claim.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized, stitched, or altered products.
• Products purchased during sale or discount offers.
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong item.

Exchange Process

1. Contact us within 72 hours at contact@tara.fashion.

2. Share images or video proof of the issue.

3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. The exchange will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds are available only in the following situations:

• Product is damaged.
• Wrong item was delivered.
• Order is cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Charges

Free return pickup will be provided only if:

• The product is defective.
• The wrong item was delivered.

In all other cases:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

7. Important Notes

• We do not provide refunds for size issues. Please review the size details carefully before placing your order.
• Slight color variations are normal in online shopping due to differences in lighting and display settings.
• Tara reserves the right to approve or reject return or exchange requests after inspection of the returned product.
