By accessing or using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully. - Tailoring services for fitting and alterations

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

- Custom orders may require partial/full advance (non-refundable)
Order Confirmation
- Orders are subject to availability and acceptance
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Stock issues
- Pricing errors
- Fraud suspicion
Refunds will be issued where applicable.
3. Shipping Policy
Within India
- Shipping charges: As applicable at checkout / offers
- Delivery time: Within 7 business days
International Orders
- Shipping charges calculated at checkout
- Delivery time: Within 15 business days (subject to customs)
- Customers bear customs duties/taxes
Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email upon dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Tara is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
4. Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns/exchanges accepted only for damaged or defective products
- Request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
Exchange Policy
- Only exchange is provided (no refund unless applicable by law)
- Subject to product availability

- Color variation due to lighting/screens
- Change of mind

- Discounted/customized products
Shipping
- India: Free return shipping for valid cases
- International: Customer bears return shipping
5. Stitching, Customization & Tailoring Services
Services
- Stitching (blouses, saree finishing, garments)
- Customization (embroidery, embellishments, design changes)
- Tailoring (alterations and fitting)
Order Process
- Customers must provide accurate:
- Measurements
- Design preferences
- Consultation may be done via call/email. Mock designs may be shared for approval
Pricing
- Charges vary based on complexity
- Advance payment (non-refundable) required
Timeline
- Stitching: Within 10 business days
- Custom work: Depends on complexity
Customer Responsibility
- Provide accurate measurements
- Approve designs on time
Tara is not responsible for errors due to incorrect inputs.
Non-Returnable
Stitched/customized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Revisions
- Allowed within 7 business days of delivery (subject to inspection)
- Extra charges may apply for preference changes
6. Intellectual Property
- All content (images, logo, designs, text) belongs to Tara
- Protected under applicable intellectual property laws
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Use designs for commercial purposes
7. Limitation of Liability
Tara is not liable for:
- Courier delays or damages
- Customs delays
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
- Minor variations in handmade products
- Errors due to incorrect customer input
Maximum liability is limited to order value paid.

- Provide accurate information
- Avoid fraudulent activities
Violation may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Account restriction
